Legal Agreement
This agreement governs your use of the bpech platform. Please read carefully before creating an account or placing any bets or wagers.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bpech ("bpech", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bpech.net. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or participating in any game, bet, or promotion offered on the bpech platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

Each individual may hold only one active bpech account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them may be forfeited. bpech reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any stage and to request supporting documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bpech account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or permit any other person to access your account.
All activity conducted through your bpech account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify bpech customer support immediately. bpech will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
bpech accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa/Mastercard debit cards, and USDT (TRC20).
Deposits are credited to your bpech wallet subject to successful verification of the transaction by the relevant payment provider. bpech is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. bpech reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if KYC requirements have not been satisfied or if bpech has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

All bets and casino wagers placed on bpech are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product, which are accessible within the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and this Agreement, the product-specific rules shall prevail.
bpech reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed after an event has concluded, that is placed in error due to a technical fault, or that is placed in a manner that bpech reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse, arbitrage, or match-fixing.
All live casino games on bpech are provided by certified third-party studios operating under regulated conditions. Game outcomes are generated by independently audited systems and are final once the game round is closed.
bpech may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional rewards to registered players. All such promotions are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published on each individual promotion page and constitute part of this Agreement by incorporation.
bpech reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn unless all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bpech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. bpech's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim under this Agreement shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to bpech in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The bpech platform is provided "as is". While we make every effort to maintain availability, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
bpech may suspend or permanently close your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent activity, inactivity for a prolonged period, or request from a regulatory or law enforcement authority. In the event of account closure, any balance remaining after deduction of applicable charges, bonus funds, and disputed amounts will be returned to you via your verified payment method.
You may close your bpech account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure of your account will not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the closure date.
bpech reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the platform or by email. Amended terms take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of bpech after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bpech is licensed. Any dispute arising under this Agreement that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
